As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients, prospecting new leads, and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. Your role will focus on delivering tailored insurance solutions while adhering to FCA compliance and company standards.
About you:
We’re looking for someone with strong customer service and sales experience-
Essential:
● Experience managing the insurance policy lifecycle
● To be self-motivated, enthusiastic and take initiative to deliver work to a high standard
● Experience of working within the FCA regulations
● The possession of a car and a full, clean UK driving licence
● Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
● Strong organisational and time management skills
● Strong customer service skills
● Proven history of reaching KPIs
● Welsh language skills (spoken/written) are essential
Desirable:
● Experience using Acturis
● The ability to travel across Wales for training, events or meetings
