JOB: Marketing Executive
Position: Marketing Executive
Location:Hybrid working arrangements allowing remote working or working from one of the FUW’s offices as required. You will be required to travel across Wales for events.
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000

About the Role:
The role is responsible for delivering innovative and compliant marketing services that support the business’s objectives. Focusing on planning and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new customers, while maintaining existing customers. Strengthening the company brand across digital platforms and maintaining social media accounts.
The position will involve liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the impact made by campaigns, continuously analysing performance and feedback. In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring all work completed complies with FCA regulations and company policies.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a strong marketing background, with experience converting marketing campaigns into sales.
Essentials
● Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva
● Experience in website design and maintenance
● Experience leading marketing campaigns
● To be self-motivated, enthusiastic and take initiative to deliver work to a high standard
● The ability to travel across Wales for training, events or meetings
● The possession of a car and a full, clean UK driving licence
● Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
● Strong organisational and time management skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication
Desirable
● Welsh language skills (spoken/written) are a strong advantage
● Experience working in a marketing role within the insurance industry
● Experience of working within FCA regulation
