Triple award nomination for FUW Insurance Services Ltd
FUW Insurance Services Ltd is proud to announce that three staff members have been nominated for the prestigious Women in Insurance Awards 2026.
The Women in Insurance Awards are the premier platform for showcasing the achievements of women across the insurance industry. The awards honour individuals at all levels and across all disciplines, while also recognising organisations that are driving meaningful progress in diversity and inclusion within the sector. The winners will be revealed at a ceremony in London on 13th October 2026.

Karen Royles – Insurance Woman of the Year (small to medium firms)
Karen started at FUW Insurance Services in November 2015 as an insurance account handler on a 6-month maternity cover. Over the past decade she has been promoted through multiple roles, including Administration Manager and Group Operations Manager. She was appointed as FUW Insurance Services’ first female director in 2025, serving as Operations Director.
Meleri James – Claims Professional of the Year
Meleri joined FUW Insurance Services in 2021 as an Insurance Claims Handler and has steadily progressed within the company, becoming a Deputy Claims Manager in 2023. A Dip CII Level 4 qualified professional, Meleri was appointed Claims Manager in autumn 2025.
Nia Evans – Young Insurance Woman of the Year Award (small to medium firms)
Nia joined FUW Insurance Services Ltd in August 2022 as an Account Handler. Nia has worked on a number of portfolios since joining FUW Insurance Services which includes Gwent, Glamorgan and Haverfordwest. She has also completed her Cert CII and was successfully enrolled on the first ever FUW Insurance Services Academy in 2025.
